Unprofessional and disorganized office
Lack of empathy, disorganized follow up care. Canceling appointments without notice.

Not very caring
I drove my daughter for an appointment to see Dr. Jones. My daughter had a seizure in the car before we got to her office. I left my daughter unconscious in the car while I went inside to see if I could get help and a wheelchair to bring her in. Dr. Jones refused to see her and send us to the ER. My daughter had already spent 4 days at the Wellington Medical center and they did nothing. She needed to see a Neurologist to help with her seizures. My experience is that when you go to an ER you don't get to see a neurologist immediately.

The worst
Canceled two appointments on us and was told if we saw anyone else we should just remain with that dr as she wouldn’t see us after that. Did literally nothing to help us and her and her office couldn’t have cared less. To be unable to help is one thing, to be unwilling is despicable…

Displays almost no affect. Is very robotic. The lack of affect (emotikn) is confusing to the patient (that's me) because I don't know if she understands the issues nor do I know if she cares about the issues. She wasn't rude. She just wasn't 'involved' in the medical process. Wasted my time seeing her. Visit/exam was so rushed.

Mixed Impression Dr. Jones impressed me as someone very knowledgeable in her field and professional. she did also impress with a bland affect, direct and factual. I am unsure whether it was because I dont appear to have any neurological diagnosed problem that she wasnt warm & reassuring or whether she remains clinical and distant regardless of circumstances. My bottom line is I felt very confident in her diagnosis ability and I remain satisfied with that.

The doctor saw my wife with a very non nonchalant attitude and seemingly no interest at all. My wife has been suffering unbelievably and communicated this to the doctor. We also had pertinent medical records for the doctor. It took my wife 2 months before she was able to go. At the 2nd appointment she said that Marie has a small Fiber-hence autonomic fiber nephropathy. The doctor said this was out of her specialty and go back to her Rheumatologist. On the doctors website her specialty includes Autonomic Nervous System Dysfunctions. Well where is her compassion, understanding and skill level. She completely dismissed my wife as we were taking up her time. In the doctors reports there were many statements that were not correct which again shows that Dr. Jones did not CARE to listen

I went to the Cleveland Clinic after going to Mayo for years. I was nervous thinking their doctors would not measure up to Mayo. I must say I was very impressed with Dr. Jones. Very professional and spent a good amount of time with us. I return this week for a follow up.
