Waited too long
I had blood work done to try and figure out a condition I had and to check if there were any deficiencies. After them taking 8 vials of blood, I was told the results would be back within 2-3 days. I called numerous times and was getting concerned. Multiple times I was told the doctor hasn't reviewed my results yet. After 31 days the doctor finally called and left a message because I was not home. I called back to hear the results, but she was unavailable. I had the results mailed to me, which doesn't help much. I don't have any medical degree to understand what I'm looking at. I still have not heard from my doctor. I'm very disappointed. It made me feel like I don't matter.

Danielle is a wonderful, patient-centered doctor
Dr Philip-Journal was warm, friendly and personable from my first meeting with her. She greeted me almost as though we're long time friends, evaluates the whole me, listens to what I have to say, and takes the time needed so I didn't feel rushed.
