Cold, Dismissive, Uncaring, 0 Compassion
After years of being a patient at this practice, I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the frustration I’ve endured. This doctor has consistently dismissed my concerns and questions, often rushing through appointments without taking the time to explain anything clearly. I’ve left countless visits feeling unheard, disrespected, and even belittled. She regularly orders tests that seem unnecessary and unrelated to my concerns, which feels like a blatant attempt to drive up costs rather than provide meaningful care. On top of that, the office itself is a mess—appointments are canceled, follow-ups are poorly managed, and even simple tasks like scheduling or getting a prescription refill turn into a stressful ordeal. I’ve stayed longer than I should have, hoping things would improve, but it’s clear that this doctor and her office just don’t value their patients. If you’re looking for a provider who listens, cares, and respects your time, I recommend going elsewhere.

Great PCP
Dr. Morse has been a great PCP to have. I think her practice has gotten busier within the last few years and do feel that at times, but I still think we have a good doctor-patient relationship. She is kind and takes time to actively listen to my concerns, and it's not hard to communicate with her. For ongoing health issues she's been a good doctor to work with. Office staff has been good, and most medical assistants as well. Feel lucky to see her!

very little time for patients
I've been a patient of Dr. Morse's for a few years. Trying to book an annual physical and am always told the earliest appointment I can get is 12 - 14 months away. When I come in for an appointment, I am lucky to get 10 minutes with Dr. Morse and basically answer a lot of questions that could be answered online or prior to the appointment. Had to request standard preventative tests (pap, mammogram, blood panel screenings) and the response is generally, 'well, let's see if your insurance covers it'. Dr. Morse seems capable but beholden to insurance companies and is unwilling to go up against them.
