I have already referred family and friends to Dr Cooper and they came away as impressed with her attentiveness as I am. They also feel that they received quick and accurate diagnoses, occasionally for some quirky issues.

I agree with the review that Dr Cooper only wants yearly visits and basically not to be bothered should issues arise. I also had to take blood test results to another doctor. Results that Dr Cooper dismissed turned out to be more serious. They were a red flag to my other doctor/specialist. If I had been able to see her when issues arose I feel I could have gotten ahead of my medical issue. Even when she branched off with a few other doctors her office is still overwhelmed. Chances of seeing her when issues arise are very slim.

I have seen Dr. Cooper for 6+ years at least. Yes she is caring. Yes she will listen to you and take that time. Yes you won't feel rushed. Despite this though, her office staff pretty much stinks - they are not helpful, not all that polite, and don't know how to properly space and book appointments since I can never seem to see Dr. Cooper when I am sick. When I am sick, I can usually get in to see her nurse practioners, but I am usually 'lucky' to have received on of the last spots. Scheduling can be a pain because she is always 'booked'. I like her, but feel like I can't judge her because I can never see her when I really need her services (outside of a wellness check) - when I am not feeling well. She saw my son for the first 2 months of his life, but then we switched to a pediatrician. He had colic and reflux and has special needs to this day and all she was doing was putting him on different formulas and advised we give him rice cereal at not even 2 months old.

Fantastic doctor who really takes the time to listen and get to know her patients. She makes you feel very comfortable and offers great advice. Her office used to be very busy but seems since she branched off to share an office with only a few doctors in the same building its much better, lower key and less congestion. Highly recommend Dr Cooper. Her staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable even calling you by name to say goodbye when you leave. Simply amazing support staff.

She takes the time to actually LISTEN. I suffered for years with daily headaches and frequent migraines. After going to 2 neurologists and 2 different family doctors I chanced upon Dr. C. My headaches and migraines have become the exception rather than the rule. She's now stuck with me until she retires.
