Dr. Campbell is Awesome !!!
She takes the time to explain things so that you understand. She listens, and she really cares. If you are worried or fearful, she is calming and very reassuring. I would highly recommend her. By the way, did I say she is really smart? Well, she is, without a doubt!

Highly knowledgeable and explained thoroughly
I was recommended to Dr. Campbell by my PCP. I was nervous and not sure what I would find given the nature of the reviews I read here. I figured I would go and see what she had to say, and then I could always go get a second opinion. I was very pleasantly surprised - extremely grateful for the time she took and her expertise. I came with a list of 25 questions, and she answered them ALL. She thoroughly went over my venous sufficiency test results. We talked through options. I came away feeling much more informed - much more in control of the situation and the possible outcomes. I had to wait a little for my allotted appointment time, but she spent almost 45 minutes with me so I'm okay with waiting for that kind of care and level of expertise. She put the decision making and choice of treatment in my hands. She gave me the information, but the ultimate decision is mine - as it should be. No need to go for a second opinion for me. I'm good with Dr. Campbell.

Something didn't sit right with me on my first appointment, but I ignored my gut and agreed to surgery pre op appt in 6 weeks bc Dr. Campbell said my Chronic Vein Insufficiency was one of the worst case she had even seen. I went in today for my pre op appointment and she changed her tune when I further questioned her and said she had definitely seen worse. My pre op nurse said my veins didn't look bad at all. I feel like I was being coaxed into surgery which I may definitely need but not with this heightened sense of urgency. Also I still can't figure out why I would need general anesthesia for the procedure which is normally done under local everywhere else. I can't put my finger on it exactly, but she just didn't professional enough for me. Long story short, seek a second opinion if you feel funny. There seems to be too many hidden procedure costs that the patient is responsible for. Finding out I had to deal with Northside Anesthesia was enough for me to say no and go elsewhere.

Rushed me in and rushed me out. I made my concern known and she didn't care. Very rude staff as well. There are many other places you can go. Be careful if this place and doctor is your choice.

She came in for 2 seconds and then when to ultra sound. She came back in after for 2 seconds stood in the door said eveything was fine. Got written test results back and it stated that ai had no pain. Pain was the reason I went to the appointment. Do not reccomend.
