Terrible, unacceptable, unprofessional
I didn't even get to see the doctor. I waited in room for 1 hour 20 minutes. At the time of checking I was told that Dr is 15 mins behind his schedule, but I did not see him even after 80 mins. Either this Dr don’t know timekeeping or doesn’t value his patents time. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

I disagree with the general overview of the two previous statements. I have been a patient of Dr. Zelac’s for about four years and have always, and without question, found Dr. Zelac and his team of professionals to be concerned with my comfort, and results, in every way which includes regular communication from walking into the office to asking if any help would be needed at my exit. I have been a patient of five excellent and respected dermatologists in the past, Dr. Zelac has become my skin care doctor of choice, they always reaffirm that I have made the best choice.

I didn't even get to see the doctor. After waiting 40 minutes, I was told that they didn't know how much longer it was going to be so I walked out. I understand a 10-15 minute wait, but 40-60 minutes? Unacceptable. And if there was an emergency, like they claim, then patients should be notified right away. I know other drs that notify their patients upon check in.

Once of the worst experiences of my life. He is a very inattentive doctor and very disorganized. None of my information was I putted into my chart at all, not my medical history or the medications I was on. He then went ahead and prescribed medications, couldn't remember he prescribed them and asked which doctor gave me those medicines. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go see this doctor.
