Dr. Watrous was a waste of time!! He didn’t even read my chart upon seeing me, had no helpful information or anything for me. I have 2 autoimmune diseases and all he said was to slow down, then that he’s not pain management, i never asked for medication nor did i ask for anything referring to disability . I must work and i was referred to him because he’s a “Specialist “ no he’s a lazy Dr. and came off as a ignorant Dr. please refund my co-pay back..waste of time! So sad and still no answers. Chronic pain, fibromyalgia and Hashimoto thyroiditis.

I have been coming to this office since 1989, and I have never considered going anywhere else. I find that Dr. Watrous and his staff have been exceptional in the treatment of my own multiple auto-immune diseases over the years. The Dr. and his staff stay well-versed with their continued education at conferences to stay up to date on all the new medications that have become available to treat multiple conditions. Their desire to treat and help each patient has always been evident when I have been there for my own appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Watrous to anyone who is looking for a great office and staff to treat their medical issues.

Not a good one. Dr. was not pro active physician. He did not acknowledge or want to work with another specialist recommendations. He ignored the testing requested by the Orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Watreous flat out refused to send me to the recommended UCSF surgeon. Which was needed and recommended now. He refused to acknowledge all of my concerns and the recent diagnosis entirely. I was shunned by him. My case seems to be more complicated and he is not willing to serve me.

I AM SO THANKFUL FOR THIS OFFICE AND DR AND STAFF ADDRESSED ISSUES I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH 5 YEARS PRIOR, OTHER DOCTORS IN THIS AREA IGNORED ISSUES. DR WATROUS LISTENED AND WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. BEING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD MYSELF I KNOW A GOOD OFFICE WHEN I FIND ONE.... WHICH CAN BE EXTREMELY DIFFICULTILT IN THIS AREA.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR WATROUS AND ALL OF HIS STAFF IF YOU ARE UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO HAVE A AUTO-IMMUNE AND OR ARTHRITIS ISSUE.

Does not explain things, his manners are horrible, doesn't like patients asking questions and acts like I'm wasting his time. Can't complain because he is the owner yet the other dr schedules are booked and not his I wonder why.

Wasn't taken seriously in my appointment because he didn't seem to think I was old enough or fit the stereotypical mold of someone with arthritis. Appointment ended in being told it was all in my head. Oddly enough bone spurs and other physical problems are actually not all in my head.

Office staff was good no problems with any paperwork. Dr was completely rude and and talked to me like if I was uneducated and stupid. He didn't care to listen to anything I had to say, he looked at a blood panel that was sent to him and made a comment of why I was even there because he only treats patients with serious problems. Very unprofessional, rude, and I was completely disappointed because I waited over a month to be seen by him.

I have been visiting this office for 15 years. The experience was never great to being with but over the last 5 years simple curtosey seems to elude them completely. When I called them recently to have them correct THEIR error in billing it took them over 20 minutes to even admit that their was any wrong doing after I repeatedly told them that I did not have my blood test taken in their office due to my insurance. They were incredibly rude and the receptionist hung up on me!

Didn't take my issue's seriously. Didn't listen. Horrible Bedside manor. Walked in, sat down, and assumed all of my pain was due to old age (my pain started when I was 35!). I got a lecture because I see a pain Doctor for Chronic pain due to a back Stenosis. He blamed my pain meds for my constant fatigue. A previous sleep study ruled that out. I had zero input in my health. He didn't treat me as an equal, with knowledge he failed to have. Didn't want to see my pics/notes I brought.
