Dr. Verret stapled my surgery spot on my head after a mohs removal procedure. It healed in ten days and after the staples were removed you couldn't see a scar....Did a good job!!!

I loved my visit with Dr. Verret. He was very thorough and helpful during my entire appointment. I appreciated the time and distraction he provided when removing a mole from my eyelid.

This Dr. Verret performed plastic surgery on my face and neck in 2012. He messed up on my eyes and my neck and I allowed him to redo this in his office (this was a big mistake). he did not stich me up correctly and I still had the saggy kneck which he wanted to correct for he 3rd time. I told him, no thanks and would recommend that even with his credentials, he's a realy bod plastic surgeon.

In my opinion he is a terrible plastic surgeon. He managed to turn a 1/2 inch incision into a 1 1/2 inch scar on my face, now I have an ugly grove on my cheek!

Dr. Verret did my rhinoplasty in April and I absolutely love it. It looks so natural. Surgery and recovery were much easier than I imagined. I took pain pills the first day and that was all I needed. Not much swelling and it healed wonderfully. I recommend him to everyone.

The worst experience my wife has ever gone through with Dr. Verret and his wife, Kimberly Wilson, who works at the clinic with him. I have never encountered such a hateful person in the medical profession as I did with his wife. Also, the procedure that Dr. Verret performed on my wife ended in terrible visible scarring. I strongly encourage others to consult other qualified professionals in the field.

I would highly advise anyone against using Dr Verret's services. He botched a relatively simple procedure he did on my face a few years ago and I am still suffering the consequences. I do not say this lightly, but this doctor has caused me grave emotional trauma.

Very bad. Scheduled appt and partial address was given. Arrived at wrong address on time. Called office that away 10 minutes after finding the right address. I was asked to reschedule though I mentioned my symptoms will go away on any delay but did not listen at all, this shows how much they care for patients. Reached office and notice no one waiting and I had to return back. Wasted my time. everyone accepts 10 minute delay and that too no fault of mine.

I would not use innovationsfps ever again. I visited in the Coppell Office, and while Dr Verret is a knowledgeable ENT his staff will make your life a nightmare. My ordeal began with them under charging me for my copay then sending me the first notice that I had a $15 balance with an overdue notice. First contact with me was overdue. Bill was paid that day. Last week I get a collections notice, supply :JAspen with the check with their endorsement, staff refuses to acknowledge.
