Excellent resource for medical marijuana.
Telehealth visit was very focused on my needs. Dr.Stein was understanding, very clinical, and delightful. I can't recommend him highly enough. Have heard others praise him at the marijuana dispensary.

He is mostly there to prescribe medical marijuana cards. That’s about it. For that you might see him or you might just see his nurse. He is listed as someone who treats Parkinson on a website but he does not.

When a golden retriever comes out to greet you and accompanies you into the doctor's office, and when Channel greets you by phone or in person with a warm smile and helpful information, and when the Dr. himself has a great sense of humor, listens to you then helps you...that's it. They had me at 'hello'.

Office staff is rude. Repeatedly have to call and leave messages to try and schedule appointments (this last time it was 4 calls over 5 days) because it rolls to voice mail. They call you back a few minutes before the office closes and leave another message. It's a game. When you point this out you get attitude because they are "busy". I've been going there 4ish years. I've seen their definition of busy. Spare me. Zero empathy that their patients might be busy as well, working with migraines so that they can pay for their salaries. Frankly Dr. Stein is just OK. Can't seem get to an effective strategy to address my issue so no great loss. Look to other options.

Dr Stein while nice enough was not very helpful or professional. Doesn't spend much time with you and keeps, ordering tests to make you come back for appointments. I don't think he spends much time reading the results of the tests so you have to ask many questions. Also he interrupts your appointment taking phone calls or looking at his cell phone. He is. Mediocre at best
