Would Not Recommend
I would not recommend Dr. Stein. He did not adequately address my concerns and disregarded my symptoms as psychological rather than acknowledging the medical complexities of my condition, despite my extensive 20-year history and near-fatal experiences. His approach made me feel belittled and overlooked, leaving me with the impression that my well-being was not a priority to him

Dr. Stein and his PA made me feel at ease and explained why I was having issues that I was currently having and made me feel like I was in the best possible care that was out there. They genuinely made me feel like everything was going to be alright and that they genuinely cared about my well being, which is what patients look for in a doctor.

I was diagnosed with a skin cancer. Any cancer diagnosis is stressful. I was given excellent info to help me navigate through the the Mohs procedure. I was very efficiently scheduled. The care and explanations I received were magnificent!It greatly diminished my stress level. The customer care was a 10+.

I made the appointment to see Dr. Stein one year in advance. I was told I would see the doctor. At the actual visit I only saw the PA. I only see this provider once a year. I like to see the doctor that I chose to follow my care. I get charged for a doctor, there is no discount for seeing a PA.The PA I saw was very nice and I liked her just fine. She did a good job, but I was expecting to see my doctor.

Very Disappointed
Dr. Stein did not take the time to go through medical information presented. He was misinformed re: my case and was at one point not believing what I was telling him. He told me my symptoms were questionable and told me there were other patients that need certain tests more than me but begrudgingly ran the tests anyway. I have sought help elsewhere and have since had treatment for Crohn's disease successfully. I am concerned that he is teaching the next generation of GI doctors.
