Terrible experience, Dr Skinner doesn't care about your time or condition. Just concerned about running as many people through the office as possible. His staff is rude and uncaring, don't recommend this place to anyone.

I'm out of pocket $1000 and counting for an extraction that took him 5 minutes. They refused to honor the discount for paying up front, saying that it only applies for private pay. I paid what was supposed to be the whole cost of over $900 up front, then got another bill for $97; paid that, now got a bill for another $40. Nope, send me to collection. Never stepping foot in that office again.

The quote giving was confusing and not provided in a way for those outside the industry to understand. Pricing changed after confirmation was giving on the phone. Total doesn't equal total to this office. When dealing with elderly patients the extra mile should be taken to truly take care of those who need extra help. If quotes are unclear to non elderly this is an issue.

Dr. Skinner has saved me TWICE when I had serious problems including abscesses. The 1st time- he met me at the office on a Saturday night to accommodate my emergency. Unbelievable really!! My procedure went off without any complications. I just returned for the 2nd time with another emergency. I literally waited 5 minutes and I was a WORK IN with no appointment!! So impressed. 2nd extraction today - simple, professional and again- impressed. Highly recommend. Excellent staff! Convenient parking

Dr. Skinner is one of the finest and most skilled oral surgeons in Spokane. Professional and willing to work with you to get the dental implants you need. Everyone in his clinic, from office staff to dental clinicians are sincere in making you feel comfortable during all procedures.

Prompt attention to the problem (workedon me that lunch hour) Excellent follow up. Explained procedure for removing problem and sent to an excellent place for crown.on implant.
