Compassionate and great listener
Only doctor that has listened to me. I was surprised since I have been treated for many conditions by my other doctors (really nurses because doctors dont seem to be seeing patients anymore) and no one was able to put 2+2 together like Dr Rosler did to give me a diagnosis and treat me. Others thought it was all in my head. Have been going to him for 3 years.

Cannot say enough. Dr Rosler calls me from the lobby, transporting me in my wheelchair all the way into his exam room, and after visit is done, brings me right back. Gives me the time I need to answer all my questions. I am lucky if I get to see most of my doctors since they usually stick me with their PA, much less wheel me in. He likes to take the story from me as the patient. If he would have listened to my husband, I would have been six feet under by now. He diagnosed this rare noise in my lungs that no one else could ever hear, and ordered some testing because my PCP did not hear what he did so PCP will not order it. Result was an early lung tumor. He listens and hears beyond what one would expect. He fights with my insurance company for my treatments and does not give up. He also has a patient advocate working at the office to escalate treatment issues to insurances and senators.

If I could leave half, of half, of half a star I would. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. He definitely left his compassion in 2014 when he won that award. Those should be taken down from his office. I went with my father to his appointment and he did not answer my questions patiently or effectively. He interrupted me as I was speaking and smirked at one of my questions. He was definitely uncomfortable at the fact that I was taking notes as he spoke. If he thought I wasn't going to do my research on what he was suggesting WRONG-O. With frustration he said to me, "I have to ask 3 times because I am getting half information." Referring to my father not telling him all his symptoms at once. Perhaps a good health care practitioner would make his patients feel comfortable first and explain that the more they know about their symptoms the better they can direct their plan of care. Find another rheumatologist. Don't be afraid to ask questions, and question their decisions. A god doc. should be happy to help.

Dr. Rosler has been my doctor (as well as other family members), and we all feel that through his care our health has been vastly improved. He spends as much time with me as I need, I never feel rushed, and he isn't shy about reminding me of the repercussions of not taking my medications. I am very grateful to have such a caring, passionate doctor. Bill Wood
