Terrible medical secretary
I have been trying to get an appointment since early fall. Nearest appointment was months out and I accepted that because Dr was referred to me by people I trust. When my appointment finally came, Dr ended up having COVID. Took 20 mins to reschedule, new appointment was 1.5 months away. A month later I get a voice message reminding me my appointment was the next day. The appointment card they gave me, which I have a picture of, clearly states my appointment was a different day than what they're claiming. I call back to reschedule and am put on hold for 24 minutes before giving up. I call again a few days later, the medical secretary takes 6 minutes trying to figure out when the next possible appointment is (it was 1.5 months away). All in all I was left waiting for roughly 5 months, during which I was on hold with the medical secretary for over an hour despite doing everything right.

He is thorough and engaged, he listens - a rare skill! - and asks meaningful follow up questions. Friendly, not rushed despite a crowded schedule. Not sure what else we could ask from a PCP.

We all have that one teacher from school who listens to their students, doesn't work to a checklist but to the student's individual needs and has the empathy to have a lasting, positive effect on their lives. Dr. Rosenbaum is the healthcare equivalent of that teacher.

He is very good at making you feel better and takes the time to respond and listen to what you have to say about your health. He is caring and loving and makes you know that he listens to you and is concerned about you and your health problems. He doesn't rush your time with him and you don't leave feeling like he doesn't care about your health and your life. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good Doctor. I trust my healthcare decisions and will keep him as my doctor forever.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rosenbaum's for over 5 years. He is the ultimate PCP who cares about your well being and monitors your overall health. He takes the time to discuss your health issues, provides a plan, and keeps his patients motivated to reach their goals. He has a vast network of specialists to address specialized treatment and care within the Elliot Health System Network. I would highly recommend him as a PCP for people of all ages and genders.
