Dr. Preston’s staff need a lot of improvement
Dr. Preston is an average doctor but his office staff and management need A LOT of improvement. They haven’t been able to answer why I was charged twice for a copay and even when I decided to pay them twice they haven’t found the payment. They seem disorganized, inefficient, rude. Calling the office is nearly impossible. I tried using MyChart but they take a long time to respond, if they ever respond. If you can find another doctor, please do!

Dr. Preston has been our doctor for many years. He never rushes you and listens to your ailments. He calls you usually at end of day when he finishes up seeing his patients. He is a wonderful doctor who cares about his patients. I recommend him to anyone who wants only one doctor to look after their health. Its much better than a group of doctors who see you for 5 minutes and then you have to leave. He never let us down and is a very caring doctor.

I've gone to Dr Preston for many years & im very very picky. He's always talked to me head on about any issues, spoken to me about health issues he feels require special attention, provided test resolts with phone calls. Now no one is perfect, I admit that but over all, yes he's a great family physician and a soft but firm doctor who will give it to you straight without rushing you unless he feels it's an emergency. Staff is very nice as well. Give him a try, always easy for an appointment..

I have been a patient for many years. Last time I had a question for Dr Preston, his office staff would not let me speak with him directly. I had to have my question relayed through the staff & answer relayed back the same way. After being such a long time patient This was very disappointing. Sometimes it is more comfortable discussing matters directly with one's doctor. They should be more sensitive to this.
