At my initial appointment, I did not find Dr. Pituch to be helpful or compassionate. He talked AT me about what needed to be done, and what I needed to do. During a follow-up call, he dismissed all of my questions and concerns. I will not return.

Dr. Pituch is a highly competent and skilled oral surgeon. He removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth in under 30 minutes. The following days I had almost no swelling and was able to chew fine with minimal pain. I'd highly recommend!

Dr. Pituch worked on a previous extraction site & did a bone graft. He said the bleeding would stop in about an hour and I ended up in the ER where they said I had lost over one and a half pints of blood since he failed to suture one of the sites. After 6 hours, they had to send me by ambulance to Pittsburgh. Neither ER was able to reach or receive a call back from him. For post-surgical pain, he gives Anaprox (glorified"Aleve") which has blood thinning qualities. ERs said that was bad too.

He did multiple procedures to replace 6 molars and 2 bicuspids with dental implants. He recommended a local dentist to me for the crowns and other minor work. From start to finish his staff was great and answered all my questions and concerns. As far as I know he's the #1 oral surgeon in Pittsburgh.

Went in to have my wisdom teeth removed. The waiting time in the waiting room alone is enough for me to hope I never have to come back here. The surgery went fine and there were no complications, which is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars. The Dr., himself is fine and perfectly nice. The office sucks at scheduling. There's no reason it should take more than 2 months to get a 10 minute consult.

He was very rude. I went in to inquire about surgery from broken bones in my face and he was more worried about making my teeth look more Hollywood. I have a deformity in the top of my jaw and he refused to give me options. His answer to my problems were dentures and I didn't even go there for my teeth. I will never recommend him to anyone. He's a terrible doctor. He was my last resort and now I'm stuck with a deformity for the rest of my life at the age of 20. He should not be in this busines
