THE BEST
Dr. Phan has been the best Psychiatrist my 12 year old son has ever had. We are moving back to Upstate NY, and hope and pray we find someone as great as he has been. He understands and has greatly helped Matthew as well as myself, his mother. His advice and solutions to problems are great as well. As far as medications, he keeps my wishes and concerns above anything. That is a breath of fresh air compared to our previous psychiatrists. We will miss him very much. He is kind, and very personable. I cannot say enough good about him. He goes above and beyond to help.
