Dr. Panush has been my primary care Doc for 20+ years. Never have to sit in waiting room very long! He’s very thorough & takes time to answer questions. If something serious happens, he wastes no time getting you seen by a specialist asap! Would highly recommend him!

I am astounded and appalled by the flagrant lack of care I received while visiting Dr. Panush for the first time. He just didn’t care to listen to my needs. Spent all of five minutes in the room, mostly asking me basic questions. Didn’t check my ENT, didn’t check my reproductive health. Barely even looked me in the eye. I had to stop him from leaving the room so he could address my concerns. While he was actually in the room, an office worker came barging in and started arguing with him.

Millenium Medical is an assembly line. I don't feel like a patient there. Last week I had a sinus infection and needed to see someone. Dr. Panush was out, they didn't offer to schedule me with someone else. I went to urgent care. This week I was running late to my appointment at 4:30. I tried to call but the phones turned off at 4pm. I arrived and they couldn't see me. I understand, but if you schedule until 4:30, leave your phones on until 4:45 in case patients need to talk to a human!

I absolutely love Dr. Panush and his staff. Everyone from the front desk, nurses staff and doctors are always pleasant and professional. Dr. Panush has been my physician for over 4 years and I have always felt safe and protected under his care. I would recommend his office!
