Went there because of pain to shoulder . X ray tech nice and doctor diagnosed it immediately. Arthritis from swimming. Explained what I needed to do and set up some physical therapy. I found the staff friendly and doctor extremely knowledgeable. Only took a week to get to see him. I even impressed him with a bit of magic.

Like 2 Minute Doctor Visits?
Do you like 2 minute or less doctor visits?!? ? Then Dr. O’Neil, is your man. No doubt that he is competent but it would be really nice if he would slow down, talk to his patients and not be in such a hurry to get to the next patient. Wait times to schedule appointments are often very long and on two different occasions, it took over six weeks to get an appointment and by that time my issue that I wanted to see him for was no longer causing me pain. His most famous line is “Come back and see me again in four weeks.”

Dr O'Neill is great. The office staff is horrible. I have a balance of 122.00 and I wasn't told on the phone I needed to pay this before I'd be seen, instead they waited intimate I hot there to inform me. I have no problem paying my balance and had I known this earlier I would have worked it in my budget to do so. The lady in billing wouldn't even talk to me. Very unprofessional. Shame on you!

Never Use … rude and terrible patient interface
My 80 year old mother had a knee replacement from O’Neill. She is in pain and swollen 3 months after surgery and she has an unbelievably high pain tolerance. She has been worked very hard to recover - lately 6 hours per day. Dr. O’Neill does not take the time to explain to her what is going on and instead just blames her and tells her to work harder. He spent less than 5 minutes with her in her last appointment where she needed better understanding of what was going on internally and why she is not recovering like others. She even had to drive her own sample to a lab to get culture made and tested for infection … my 80 year old mother! His bedside manner is unacceptable and I will wait and see if this even turns out ok for my mom in the long run, But one thing is for sure, she won’t be going back, will look for another opinion, and I will definitely recommend others to seek alternative options as there are plenty of them.

I was left with two broken arms and two dislocated elbows and bleeding with no pain meds and no sympathy. My husband and I will not be going back.

Bedside manner is zero
I was referred by family to use Dr. O’Neill. I was very happy with his knowledge of what needed to be done and he had a long successful track record. However he is not the nicest person and perhaps to some people that does not matter. In my medical care I prefer someone with a better ability to carry himself among his patients. When I made a error in understanding how to take care of myself after surgery instead of compassion (I immediately realized the seriousness of my error) I received a embarrassing confrontation with the doctor as well as a response from him which basically said “sorry but you’ve ruined everything I can’t help you.”. Well that may be true and accurate unfortunately, there is a way to send that message which does not serve to make a patient feel worse than they already do. So if you’re a teenager and your parents are the one talking to the doctor you’re good. If you’re the patient do not dare miss any instructions or the shame game is around the corner!

Pathetic Staff
Dr. O'Neill is a great doctor but his staff is pathetic and EXTREMELY rude! They are young and incapable of being courteous to patients. Thanks to his staff, I will NOT be returning.

Dr. O’Neill and his team are amazing. We had an urgent need to be seen. They got us in the next business day. He then immediately scheduled surgery for the following day. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Dr. O’Neill and every team member in your office for going above and beyond!

I was seen in ER and told to see my orthopedic dr. Called and explained I was in severe pain that I had X-rays and cat scan done, faxed results to his office, was told first available is in 2 months. I have been a patient of O'Neil for 20 years I am in severe pain so much that I am vomiting, scheduled a appointment with another Dr. I will not be seeing Dr O'Neil again.

Dr. O'Neill was highly recommended to me by a female athlete after her surgery/recovery from a torn ACL. When I broke my ankle two weeks ago I was glad to get in to see him within hours. He showed xrays to me, and explained that I had seriously broken both ankle bones in several places. Spintered and twisted, I was pretty much in shock but he and staff helped me stay calm and confident that he could straighten my leg. After surgery I immediately received two xrays/photos of my straight ankle!
