I was referred to Dr. Noel by a co-worker who highly recommended him. I scheduled my appointment and was seen in December. The audiologist checked my ears and said that my hearing was fine. Dr. Noel checked me, and we discussed my symptoms. I was diagnosed with Pulsatile Tinnitus. It was recommended that I have an ultrasound on my Carotid Artery. I was informed that Tabatha, in the insurance department, would contact me regarding my appointment. I received a call from Tabatha, and she gathered my information to submit the claim to my insurance company, but the claim was denied. Basically, there has been a lot of back and forth calling on my part to get an update to find out what Dr. Noel’s plan of care for my tinnitus. It’s been two months since my appointment and about a week since I last spoken to Tabatha. Tabatha isn’t very good with following up or keeping me abreast of what’s going on. I really thought that Dr. Noel would assess my needs and to proved a plan of care to meet my needs. Furthermore, I have not heard from Dr. Noel or his assistant.

I only made the appointment for a 3rd/4th opinion. I was so done with the sinuses and allergy roller-coaster issues and the same ole medical ride. After explaining all my issues and struggles to Dr. Noel, he said I'm about to be your best friend! Ha. He wasn't lying either!! This man has helped me more than I could ever imagine. Love his bedside manner and his knowledge! I only wished I had gone sooner! Thank you Dr. Noel!!!
