Does not listen well
Delayed giving me tests 6 months even though I told him I had pain and trouble breathing. Ended up needing surgery right away.

Totally excellent experience with office staff who are patient, friendly, and truly caring. Dr. Mulvihill put in a pacemaker for me. I feel very confident in Dr. Mulvihill who is working with me to get the bottom of some other symptoms. He is very methodical, and works on one thing at a time, sometimes too slow for me! He’s a very kind and competent doctor.

Dr. Mulvihill recently performed surgery on me for a pacemaker. The procedure was incredibly proficient and obviously successful. I was extremely pleased with his skill as a surgeon and even more impressed with his intellect and bedside manner. I was awake for most of the 1 hour surgery and asked questions that were answered in a methodical and understandable way. He and the staff at Palomar were 1st class. Thanks to all! Bill J.
