Excellent doctor who really listens to patients
Dr Melville has been my primary care doctor for many years and always amazes me with his willingness to take the time to listen to my concerns, work tirelessley to get to the root of the problem, and keep in touch with specialists to ensure follow-through.He is such a refreshing change from the modern practice of rushing patients through appointments and is very thorough in both diagnosis and treatment plans.Dr. Melville is also unfailingly polite and respectful, even when dealing with someone much younger like myself.

Incompetent
Tries to sell unnecessary tests. Doesn’t pay attention to problematic vitals/results. When performing a physical he spent a laughable amount of time listening to my heart (literally one second).

The used car salesman of doctors. He is a fantastic talker who says all the right things but with no follow through. Unable to provide an adequate level of medical attention. Possibly too old and out of touch or simply does not care. Facility staff isn’t any better.

Office does not answer phone most times and messages are rarely returned in a tinely manner. Called about an urgent issue and finally spoke to someone after 7 tries. They said they would call back but i didnt hear back for over 6 hours. Completely unprofessional

I arrived early for an annual exam. Dr. Melville himself came out to the waiting room to welcome me and bring me to the exam room promptly and graciously. He is gentle and compassionate, efficient yet thorough. He is personable and really cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone. If, per chance, he is tardy (which he wasn't for me), its only because he cares so much about his patients. I was out in half an hour. Great experience!
