He didn't spend enough time with me to help me make a final decision about my abdominoplasty repair. He made a last-minute decision about liposuction the day of surgery. At post-op appointment he spent all of maybe 5 minutes with me checking the surgery and removing the drain tube. He didn't tell me about his findings for my initial complaint. He practically ran out of room and left the Nurse to finish up. Hs-is biggest concern was that he was leaving the practice and I would have to see a different doctor.

Dr. Luppens could barely make the time to talk with me at my consultation appointment. He walked in, told me what he was going to do and repeatedly tried to leave the room without allowing me to ask questions. I had to call him back multiple times and address my concerns. He finally told me that if I had any more questions, I could ask his resident. Then, I had to call his office many times over the next couple months to get an answer about when my surgery would be scheduled... I changed doctors

Dr Luppens did an outstanding job of fixing up a large and hideous tummy scar I had lived with for 53 years, in addition to a breast augmentation. He did a great job, especially with judgement on breast size for my body type -- (I was very concerned about augmentation being conspicuous). So glad I finally made the decision to fix things for myself and thankful that Dr Luppens made it easy for me.
