Dr is great - Nurse isn’t!
I have used Dr. Kutzler for many years. I have always trusted him and would recommend him except for one thing - his nurse Diane. She seems to pick and choose who she allows to see Dr. Kutzler and will also accuse you of abusing the drugs you have taken for years. You cannot get past her to see the doctor. Therefore, I am changing doctors as I don’t believe Diane has a medical degree and I’m sick of dealing with her just to see the doctor. What a shame as I like Dr. Kutzler but she leaves me no choice.

My experience with Dr. Daniel Kutzler is EXACTLY the same as Clarence L. above! So I repeat his words without any alterations: "I've been a patient of Dr. Kutzler for over a decade. He has always taken the time to talk AND LISTEN to me. His staff is courteous and responsive ... and fun! I've never felt rushed during my visits and my voice is included in my healthcare decisions." After more than a decade, I feel that Dr. Kutzler is both my Physician and a trusted friend.

I come from a family where both parents were doctors, wo I feel very comfortable knowing the characteristics of a good doctorl. I have been going to Dr. Kutzler for over 14 years. I have found him to be caring and knowledgeable. He listens and talks with you about your concerns. I also like the fact that he has the concern and knowledge to work with me as I get older. It's important to trust your doctor and I trust Dr. Kutzler. The office staff is exemplary! Very helpful, return calls in timely manner, pleasant and caring. When my husband died his was the only doctor's office out of 5 doctors that sent a note of condolence.

If you know what you are talking about he is NOT the physician for you. Refused three RXs I have been taking. Argumentative. Even refused low dosage Estrogen.

I have known Dr Kutzler for almost 20 years, Our kids went to school together. He seems to really take an interest in my healthcare. I have never felt rushed. He is very caring and a great listener. He never overbooks his schedule and very seldom a wait over 5 minutes. Great staff and easy to get into. Nurses will always return your call within 15-20 min. Can't imagine having another internist.
