Dr. Kelleher Lacks Compassion and Professionalism
I was a patient of Dr. Kelleher’s but, unfortunately, was unable to see him in person for two years due to a severe injury that required four surgeries. I spent 24 months bedridden and in a wheelchair, and I am now permanently handicapped. When I finally tried to schedule an appointment with him, I received an incredibly unprofessional and dismissive response—a note telling me to seek inpatient treatment, stating that he could no longer help me. This was the extent of his “care” after years of being unable to see him.I consider myself fortunate that I don’t have serious mental health issues because receiving such a harsh and uncaring response could be deeply harmful to someone in crisis. His cold, impersonal reply was shocking and hurtful, and it raises serious questions about his professionalism and empathy. In my opinion, Dr. Kelleher should have his medical license revoked for the callous way he treats his patients.

He got my meds on target
Always concerned regarding my current situation and medication status as to how I’m coping day to day. Never a wait, very prompt as well makes sure I understand everything. I find that more time is spent during a visit rather than telephone appointments. I really need to get back to my regular in person appointments. Very caring of my current caregiver situation I deal with daily and always asks how I’m handling things (concerned) I’ve been very pleased. I do wish that he had a weekend service with an on call physician. Regardles I’m so glad he left the previous practice and I was referred to him by another x employee. Very grateful and pleased Thank you Dr. K

I have been seeing Dr K for over 4 years, he is great with adolescants and adults. Getting in touch with him can be difficult but its worth his care. I walked into his office with a boatload of mental issues made worse by my previous psychiatrist - Within 2 months of seeing him I was nearly back to myself. Very calm and soft spoken and Linda the receptionist is very kind and caring. Recommend him highly.

I recommend Dr. Kelleher very highly. Many physicians are very detached but he is very warm and empathetic. He has an ability to make you feel at ease.

Dr . Kelleher is a very caring and intelligent Psychiatrist . He has adjusted my medications to make me function and my family is very pleased that I am back and well functioning because before I was moody , non motivated and would just work and sleep . People have to understand his practice consists of just himself and Linda . Linda is very busy , However , always gets back to me whether it is a day later or if she does not get back to me the issue has been resolved . People should not comment on his prescribing medications if they have no medical education because every patient is different and you treat the patient and not just the diagnosis .

All three of my children see him. But recently since they moved locations nobody ever calls you back. I don’t think you should chase a doctor to make ppointmnts and such. Nobody ever answers or returns calls. Highly unprofessional.

I have been trying to reach this office for 7 days (called 4 times) and they are not calling me back. My daughter has been a patient for years. I am not even sure they are still open as they never get back to me? This lack of response is why we left our last practice. Totally unacceptable!

I have ADD (not H), depression & anxiety. He was recommended by top psychologist Dr Kristine Danback. 1st, his manager Linda has such a pleasant personality, is great w/scheduling, & assists w/any problems w/my home delivery prescription company. Dr K is attentive, patient, properly adjusts my meds, & is genuinely concerned about my challenges. He takes into consideration not only my feelings but also my daily environment & triggers. He offers help, hope, and the goal of happiness. Thank u Dr K.

I am very happy working with Dr. Kelleher. He takes the time to ask the questions to see how overall life is going. We worked together to lower a dose of meds and was satisfied. I would recommend for adults, I do not have children to say how he works with them.

What a joke! He was treating my 6yr old son, who ended up two weeks ago completely drugged, looking like he was on opiates! Then my son ended up in the ER with a psychosis, and he was completely unresponsive, couldn’t get a hold of him ONCE! I called multiple times, and sent an email, nothing! Meanwhile his old psychiatrist called and txted with me multiple times while my son was in the hospital, and spoke with the hospitals psychiatrist. DO NOT GO SEE THIS JOKE!!!

My sons were patients of dr. kelleher for about a year and a half. they really did not enjoy going.. EVER! After that long, every time we would walk in , it felt as if he had no idea who they were. The receptionist was extemely bad at communicating, answering phones, returning calls... etc. I would literally have to DRIVE to the office to get her to respond to my questions! My final straw was when he prescribed my son medication clearly left by a pharmasutical rep for children 13+, he is 10!!!!
