Stay Away
I am a patient here. The receptionist and nurse discriminates against people who have cognitive and memory issues. They are rude and hang up on patients who may have issues with communication. That is a big red flag Stay away from this place.

I've been a patient of Dr Kantz's for a couple years now. I think he is a great, compassionate doctor. Always makes sure I understand what's being said and ask if I have and follow up questions. Great doctor awesome bed side manners. I would highly recommended.

He was very knowledgeable, considerate, and made sure all my questions were answered. Took the time to ensure all the prescriptions I needed were ordered and a referral to a specialist was set. I would highly recommend.
