Dr. Janoff did a great job job in identifying my BPH and quickly made a treatment plan and knocked down my pain and discomfort quickly. His appointment ran on time, his front office staff were excellent, the medical staff was very friendly, caring and compassionate. My highest recommendation!

It was a very busy day at the time of my visit but the doctor and his staff were efficient but not rushed.

The doctors bedside manner, he was teaching a young lady and the other lady was an expert. he was polite, professional, and very thorough and telling my husband what he was going to be doing Step-by-step. I watched. It was painful for my husband. I would recommend Dr. Janoff to whoever needed his services and expertise.

I doubt that there's any male that looks forward to being scoped for prostate cancer. I travel from the Eastern side of Washington State to see Dr. Janoff in Portland. I do this because I trust not only his knowledge but also his table side manner. When dealing with urological health issues you must have great trust in the doctor treating you. Many may have the knowledge but it is trust that brought me to Dr. Janoff.

The Doctor also has a great way of explaining things.

Another great visit . Did not take it all in when first Dx'd prostate cancer , got more info on long term issues today. Surgery 4 months ago went great . Staff is also great , even when tings affront going perfectly in the office they are kind , helpful , clear and patient

Dr Janoff is clear and concise. He is always willing to answer questions in a timely manner. I sense that the time he spends researching by case is invaluable, and I 100% trust that he will make critical decisions that are in my best interest for longevity. Dr. Janoff takes a great deal of time to explain and discuss your diagnosis and procedures proposed. He is gentle and caring in doing procedures.

I started passing a kidney stone on a Saturday night and went to the ER. One of the ER nurses recommended Dr. Janoff. He was called in and evaluated me sometime near midnight. He explained that given the size and location of the stone we needed to pull the stone out of the ureter, so we scheduled a procedure for 9 a.m. Sunday morning. The stone was successfully removed and about a week later he removed the stent that he installed after stone removal to ensure proper kidney drainage and free passage of any residual stone fragments. During the next several days, I had questions and later felt I needed a prescription, which he filled for me - again over the weekend - by checking his web portal on a Saturday. I really appreciate his work ethic (two weekends in a row to help me), his explanation of the process, the easy communication with his office, and the entire NW Urology team and St. Vincent ER team that helped me through the misery of a kidney stone. I felt well-cared for!
