Dr. Hwang took the time to explain to me what was going on with my medical conditions. He also took the time to answer all the questions my husband and myself asked. He gave his opinion on the nephrologist I am currently seeing (no choice due to my medical group), which gave me comfort since he concurred with my nephrologist's course of treatment.
