Dr. Hoopes and his staff were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took the time necessary to fully evaluate my foot injury and recommend an effective treatment plan. His PA Scott Schultz is wonderful to work with as well!

Wonderful doctor for both my husband and I . I had a surgery on my ankle, and 6 weeks later my husband ruptured his Achilles’ tendon and also needed surgery. We both felt like Dr Hoopes did an incredible job on both of us . We are both healing nicely . Thank you!!

Very knowledgeable and thorough. I really liked having the PA see me first so that when I saw Dr Hoopes, we could get right to the problem. I have recommended him to many friends with foot problems. A few years ago I was referred to Dr Hoopes because of debilitating foot pain. He diagnosed me with Short Calf. His website with info about correct footwear was extremely helpful. Once I changed the type of shoes I wear and learned to walk correctly, my foot pain improved 95%.

Went 4 or 5times each time was worse. Very stuck on home self. Last visit I was waking for an AFO to be build. It was not ready for visit. We had waited for 2 hours first thing in morning . He walked in door stated brace was not there and I was wasting his time. It was not my fault nor did I know his reaction would be like that. More unpositive comments but won't go into.

2018 I had my left food fix, fallen arch. A year later I went beck to Dr. Hoops to have my right foot and ankle fix. Dr. Hoops did such an outstanding job on my left foot that there was no question who I was going to have do the work. Now I’m 13 weeks post surgery on the right foot and one again he did an outstanding job. Over the years my wife has had knee, hand, and foot surgery so we not first timer at this. I would say to anyone looking at foot or ankle surgery you can’t go wrong with Dr. Ho

I needed significant reconstruction on my left foot. From my first meeting with Dr. Hoopes, I knew I'd gone to the right place. His office runs like a finely tuned machine His staff members are all excellent, and Dr. Hoopes himself is a very talented surgeon who spent time from our very first consultation explaining in detail what my surgery would entail. My extremely complex reconstruction went far better than I could have hoped. I'm six weeks into the recovery process and my foot feels great,

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Hoopes. At my first visit he was very rushed and answered my questions in a sharp, rushed and bored manner. You could just tell and feel that he did not care. I left the room feeling like my foot and I were worthless, as that is how he just acted towards me. My second visit I waited over an hour, and had a 2 minute talk with him of rushed examination, didn't care or take the time to answer my questions, and HE MADE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WERE A BURDEN TO HIM.

My wife needed a total foot reconstruction. Halfway through the procedure he decided it was not all needed. Turns out the surgery failed. We got a second opinion and that surgeon finished the job that Dr Hoopes should have finished. Always get a second opinion and go with an experienced (older) physician.

I felt dr. Hoopes was very knowledgeable and overall did a great job. I went in for a broken foot and needed surgery. The follow up with the office was horrible could not get them to return a phone call or get back to me. Everyone there seem to not know what was going on. I feel like the office needs to be managed better.
