Unacceptable
My family member had to find out about a horrible new diagnosis by looking at the scan results himself. Dr. Glor did not reach out on his own. When he finally reached out (in response to our email), he informed my family member over email that there is no cure and did not offer an appointment. He made my family member feel like he was totally on his own to deal with his disease.
