Dr. Fung was great - As an older "age-group" athlete, I struggled with increasing ankle pain that disrupted my ability to run. After spending nearly a year seeking a diagnosis and incurring hours of PT, Dr. Fung quickly assessed what had to be done to determine the root cause of my pain. After Xray's and a series of discussions about the conditions associated with the acute pain, he suggested a non-invasive option that would be used to test a theory of underlying inflammation causing the problem. It proved to be a spot on assessment, which resulted in an immediate protocol to address the cause. In less than a month, I was back to full training, culminating with the completion of my 1st full Ironman triathlon less than 4 months later.

Dr. Fung is a most compassionate person. He truly cares for his patients well being. Dr. Fung has more knowledge about his speciality than anyone I have ever been to. His recommendations are specialised for each patient he sees. I would and have recommended several people to Dr.Fung. I highly recommend him. He’s the best!!!

As time goes by, Dr. Fung seems to care less and less about his patients. He was right there working with me to decrease my pain at the beginning, but as soon as he has you on a regime, if the regime stops working, he's done. He doesn't want to deal with you anymore. He's less attentive and less caring as time goes by. Not a great experience, but since it wasn't the worst I've encountered, I gave it a YES.

I didn't feel rushed. Dr. Fung took time to listen to my issues and explained things thoroughly and made recommendations to improve my spinal stenosis condition. Entire staff was courteous and friendly. Recommend him highly.

I’ve had 5 major spinal surgeries , but was left with serious chronic back pain. Dr Fung has been extremely helpful in treating my pain. He is highly trained, very skilled, and offers a wide range of treatment options. The staff is friendly and efficient and wait times are very short. Also importantly, he’s a doctor who treats his patients with respect and really listens to them.

Dr. Fung has been my pain management doctor for more than five years. He is calm, patient and compassionate and knowledgeable in all modalities of pain care. I have seen Dr.Fung on a few occasions all for the same problem. Dr. Fung listens to what I have to say. He's really good at being proactive in treating my problem. I not only trust Dr. Fung , I love his gentle relaxed manner. I’m a very nervous patient and extremely anxious with doctors , hospitals, and pretty much anything that has to do with any type of procedure. I am also terrified of needles and turn into a five year old when I have to get them. Seriously. That was before I saw Dr.Fung for my chronic back and neck pain due to spinal stenosis and arthritis. If you ever told me that I would be getting monthly injections for my pain , I would have told you you’re insane. Dr. Fung’s calm , patient and caring manner helped rid me of my fear. He was SO patient with me. He never pushed in any way. For six months (at least) he simply said .. “ok , maybe next time , whenever you’re ready”. Dr. Fung provided a perfect balance of encouragement each visit. He reminded me that I deserve to feel better, and “whenever I was ready” he would make sure I was safe. Over a year later, my pain far less , mobility increased ! I trust & thank Dr. Fung

I have already recommended Dr Fung to others. I like his bedside manner and don't feel rushed when I see him. His office and billing staff are all helpful and responsive.

They want money more then they want to help people BEWARE! I made an appointment, which was confirmed. The next day they call and say Dr. Fung doesn't take my insurance. I asked what insurance does he take...then they respond with my insurance! I tell the person on the phone thats what I have! Then she puts me on hold, then comes back on the phone and says there has been a glitch in the system and now they don't take my insurance. SHADY business. No thank you.

I went to see Dr. Fung when I had great pain in my shoulder--it was unbearable and I was ready to get surgery. I decided to try an injection before getting surgery. It worked right away!! It has been six months and I am back to all my activities and feel great. I took my father (88 years old) to see Dr. Fung too because he had really bad back pain and wasn't able to walk from the pain. He received an injection too and he is back to his walking routine. I highly recommend him!
