Doctor Fletcher is very friendly and approachable. He takes his time to explain all details and answer any question patients may have. The office is not as good as the Dr. , waiting time sometimes is longer than expected.

He was recommended by someone that I trust. First impression was positive. Return visit I waited over 45 minutes in the exam room. With that much backlog, the front desk should have warned me and let me know that I could come back in 30 or so minutes or reschedule. Apparently he walked into the exam room 5 minutes after I walked out and told the front desk, where I was rescheduling, that he could have seen me, but now I have to wait - After I waited 45 minutes in room and 5 up front! Poorly run office.

I recently had surgery on my hand with Dr. Fletcher, and if I could give him 10 stars, I would! He is such an incredibly knowledgeable and kind doctor. Everything from my appointments, to scheduling my surgery and the actual surgery and the follow up was just a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Fletcher.

Dr Fletcher was professional, thorough and took time with us. He was personable and instilled a sense of confidence, which was important since I initially saw him for a second opinion. Office was efficient and staff pleasant and helpful.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Fletcher. As soon as he entered the room I felt upon seeing who I was, Dr. Fletcher did not like me. He did approach my problem professionally as he spoke in a low controlled voice. However, if my answers were not specific to his questions he reiterated them in a condescending manner as if he almost “expected” me not to understand what was being asked. He did this more than once. As a professional I never patronize my students or make them feel “less than” if they did not answer my specific question. I would accept their general answer and rephrase the question in a way that I did not take on an attitude of superiority. Doctor Fletcher presented me with a sheet of barcodes and phrased his statement to the effect of “ I don’t know if you know how to use your phone.” My appointment was less than 10 minutes (approximately) and feeling put down, I rushed to get out of his office thanking him for his time. I have used another Doctor at Rothman Orthopoedics and my experience with him was just the opposite. He spoke to me like the professional adult that I am, and I even had him laughing with me. I will continue to use the doctor that I felt comfortable with at Rotheman Orthopedics but unfortunately of fortunately I will not return to Dr. Fletcher.

Very knowledgeable, considerate, and pleasant. Dr. Daniel made sure that he thoroughly investigated every detail of my injury.

we are a very active family - team contact sports, outdoor activities skiing, biking, running, golf, triathlons, etc - been going to Dr Fletcher for 20 years and he gets all of us fixed and back to enjoying what we love to do quickly but responsibly. no recurring issues with the area worked on. works through non surgical procedures with success as well as surgical when needed. we have referred numerous friends and family to Dr Fletcher and they have been super appreciative. Super responsive great explanation including patiently reviewing x-rays and test results. kind, compassionate and empathetic. great interaction
