Melanoma excision
Dr Finn is absolutely the best skin surgeon I have ever had I am a senior citizen who has had about 30 skin cancers…basal, squamous and 2 melanomas. It would require a trained eye to be able to see the suture lines on my neck and face resulting from the incisions. My wife can’t even find them. I hope that I won’t need the doctor’s services anytime soon but I won’t be nervous if I do need to see him.

Great Dr. & staff!
I cannot say enough about Dr. Finn & his staff! I was very nervous before receiving MOHS surgery, and from the minute I arrived at the desk & throughout the whole procedure they did everything to help me feel relaxed & comfortable. Dr. Finn made sure that I understood what was happening every step of the way, while the nurses did a great job distracting me by asking questions about my family, vacations etc. Dr. Finn actually called me soon after I arrived home to see how I was doing and also called another time when I had a question. That was amazing and comforting to me! Both visits that I had there was no waiting time; I arrived, and they took me right in which also helped calm my nerves! I hardly ever write reviews, but this office exceeded my expectations!

Moms surgery on nose with skin graft from ear to c
Excellent I was diagnosed by my Dermatologist with a basil cell carcinoma on my right side nose. I selected Dr Finn based on his previous surgery interaction with my wife. I can compliment him and his staff on a professional, relaxed, informed, and skilled interaction where he definitely demonstrated a unique ability to make my necessary surgery pleasant. I hope that I do not need more surgery; but I would not hesitate to use Doctor Finn in the future. In summary, when he performed a skin graft from the front of my ear it was apparent to me that he wanted to close the surgery site completely with the least future detection possible. I am thankful that Doctor Finn takes a legitimate interest in his patients and their recovery, as demonstrated by his evening call to check on my progress. A true professional, a gifted surgeon, and a regular guy that makes sure you understand every step of the procedure!

The Best
There are many reasons why Dr Finn and his staff clearly stand out from most practices. However his expert skill and knowledge is a gift for all of us that are lucky enough to have him as our surgeon.

I have seen Dr. Finn twice for Mohs surgery on my foot and on my ear. Both times he was a skilled professional, caring, and concerned with me as a patient. I would recommend him and his office without hesitation.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Finn. He performed Mohs surgery on my face several years ago; my scar which goes from the inner corner of my eye down across my cheekbone is invisible. He is a kind, caring, extremely talented doctor I highly recommend to anyone who needs Mohs surgery.

I found that Dr Finn, his nurses, and admin staff were all very professional and very pleasant to deal with. All questions were thoroughly explained. Wait times were minimal. The two areas where Dr Finn performed surgery have healed very nicely. I would recommend him highly to any family member or friend.
