Poor Practice
ALWAYS CHECK WHAT INSURANCE ACTUALLY PAYS I had no problem with this office until it came time to be refunded the money we overpaid at the time of a surgery in May. Was told by his front desk ladies they cut checks quarterly and I'd have to wait for the check until August. No problem I get it. Until August came and went. It then took 4 plus phone calls and me HARASSING the staff for him to sign a check that had been sitting for weeks now. Not just 50 dollars either, it was over 300, very important to a family who lives paycheck to paycheck and saved up for the initial payment. After inviting myself into the office to force this man to sign the check, it was given to us by a front desk clerk with a, here you go. No apologies or explanation as to why it took me being quite rude in order to get my own money back after the deadline had passed. Completely unprofessional and quite cowardly for him to hide behind his staff and make them take the brunt of the problems he directly causes.

Superior Oral Surgeon is Repairing Failed Implant
Dr. Esposito and his team are working to correct a serious problem for me.Last fall, I had a failed implant that penetrated my sinus cavity. One infection after another resulted, so I was put on a series of antibiotics and steroids. Turns out I was allergic to three of those antibiotics, which contributed to my pain and suffering. Emergency sinus surgery was required by an ENT specialist in December. Once my condition stablilzed, I was referred to Dr. Esposito. He is now repairing the fisula that remained between my mouth and sinuses. More work is needed in this multi-step process, but I believe that Dr. Esposito is the oral surgeon I need to return my mouth to a healthy, functional and attractive set of teeth.Dr. Esposito's office is a busy place, so plan to wait. During your appointment, you can expect to have his informed and undivided attention. His positive attitude and expansive expertise will assure you that he can help you, too.

nothing more than a salesman
Referred as a consult for an implant that needed to be looked at. This individual arrived 25 minutes late and spent a few minutes trying to sell me incredibly expensive hardware before peaking into my mouth and announcing he didn't see any issues but proffered a 'treatment plant' consisting of multiple back and forth appointments because he did not do his job to start with and tried to sell this after announcing no inflammation, no swelling, no signs of any issues.

Dr. Esposito and his staff are incredible. I recently had bone graphed from my hip to my jaw. When I was originally notified of the necessity of this operation, I was pretty nervous to proceed. Although the operation and the recovery seemed daunting, Dr. Esposito's confidence, expertise and bedside manner made me feel comfortable enough to move forward. The surgery was a success and I am recovering with ease. His staff works together like a family. It is a very comfortable environment that allowed me to confidently proceed with getting more advanced procedures done. Jackie, Alex and Sierra are all assets to his practice. These days it seems hard to find good help but Dr. Esposito does not have that problem. His staff are competent, kind, thoughtful and professional.

Dr. Esposito was very kind, but he is very expensive. My husband and I did not realize how high his fees were until we went to another oral surgeon who was very experienced and equally as kind who had much lower fees. We recommend that each patient check with another oral surgeon and compare fees before having a procedure performed.

Dr. Esposito provides compassionate and holistic care for the entire family. My children have had exceptional experiences with Dr. Esposito as teenagers. I appreciate his expertise for complex procedures with positive outcomes. He is always accessible to patients with any concern or question. All team members in his office go above and beyond to help you. I received a same day appointment today. I inquired about a different time, if they happened to have a cancellation. I received a call within an hour accommodating my request. The office staff practice the highest level of compliance with COVID precautions. I have complete confidence that patient safety is a priority for Dr. Esposito and his remarkable staff. Thank you for your commitment and dedication to patients. I am truly grateful to Dr. Esposito for the wonderful care my family has received for many years!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed, and it was a very good experience. Dr. Esposito was delayed at an ER the morning of her surgery, and the nurses (or assistants, not sure) did a great job keeping her comfortable. She healed exactly how we expected from the post op instructions.

I dont even know where to start. I am at a loss with the dishonest billing practices of the establishment. My son was seen in office to have his bite assessed after a jaw injury. An xray was taken and we were told that his injury would heal on it's own and to simply tape popsicle sticks together and practice biting down on them at home to ensure his jaw opened properly as it healed and we were sent home. We were billed for a surgery with immediate threat to life for an ER visit.

Dr. Esposito and his staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. As someone who is terrified of teeth and dental procedures, hearing I needed my wisdom teeth removed was nerve wracking to say the least. The procedure was so easy and smooth. Dr. Esposito even called me that night to check in. I would strongly recommend this office to anyone who needs oral surgery.

DO NOT GO TO HIM! He misdiagnosed my son with strep and then scared him and said if antibiotics didn't work he may have CANCER. My son was terrified, so I took him to 2 more doctors. All agreed, he did NOT have strep and he DEFINITELY DID NOT HAVE CANCER! Dr. Esposito was nasty and condescending. They made my son get a panorama, when his was taken 2 days prior, saying they needed their own. Said they wouldn't charge me, then put it through to collect insurance (said it was an "accident")

I went to Dr. Esposito for wisdom teeth removal. It took 40 min. of waiting before I was brought back to a room for my initial consult. I then waited for an additional hour to see the doctor. I had a partially erupted wisdom tooth that was infected & he never even looked in my mouth. Figuring out insurance has been a nightmare and the office manager, Veronica, has been terrible to work with. They are trying to charge me an additional $600, because they inaccurately estimated my instance benefits

Told me I needed to see a infectious disease doctor. Did not tell me why. Me with no insurance and no explanation found a doctor. To find out I had swollen taste buds. I would think this would be dentistry 101. Would not take my dog there. Total insurance scam

They didn't get our referring Ortho's records, including a pano done 1 month before. (Which they insisted on a 2nd.) Assistant literally LIED about both our ortho and dentist's offices being closed! HARD SELL on additionally getting wisdom teeth removed at the same time (not a bad option, but LOOK at my son's mouth/x-rays before determining individual's need!) Dr. didn't even look in our son's mouth (as new Dr. did.) Condescendingly friendly, but talk WITH me, not AT me with options.
