I have been a patient of this office for the past 6/8 years. This is a fine qualified practice. Having had my share of ENT issues, there has been a need to follow up. Yes, they are busy as is any successful Medicial practice. The quality of the staff, Medicial professionals, and physicians in this practice is first rate.

Dr. Deems was very understanding about getting me into surgery right away. After removing my thyroid, my neck pain was gone and I felt terrific! I recommend him very highly.

Never makes you feel rushed. Listens intently, explains everything he's going to do. Did a radical neck disection on me and every doctor I see are "blown away" by his work. Saved my life!

I had a 415 appointment . they call the day before to remind me .went there a was told I had to pay 348.00 that my insurance wouldn't pay .i asked if I could please call my insurance company .i called and my insurance company wouldn't pay .so I asked to please cancel my appointment so I could go home and straight this out .the office manager looked at me and told me I would have to pay 1/2 the bill .i was floored . I asked why it's not my fault he left and let the reception deal with it

I called Dr. Deems office on a Tuesday. No human answers the phone - just a recording. I left a voicemail saying I was a physician and wanted a new patient appointment with Dr. Deems as he was recommended to me by a friend. I got no return phone call over the next two days. So on Thursday I again called and got the same recorded message and I left my same message requesting Would someone please call me back so I could make a new patient appointment. Again, no one called me. Terrible.
