Horrible!!!
I've seen Cummings three times. I will never see him again. I should've switched after the first visit. Here's why1. First visit was at 3:30 pm. He saw me at 7:30 pm. I was told it was abnormal. 2. Second visit waited 90 mins. I was told it wouldn't happen again. 3. I had a colonoscopy scheduled for 9:30 am. Didn't happen until 11:30 am. 4. A pet rock has a better personality.5. He doesn't listen.6. He has a canned response to everyone in the endoscopy center (I could hear the patient next to me)7. He's very old school and thinks it's his way or the highway.8. He doesn't give a doodly about his patients. 8. You can tell the staff doesn't like working with him....BIG RED FLAG!!!9. He needs to retire!!!I would wait a year to see a doctor who's more competent and caring. I will tell everyone he's awful!!!The staff was superb (kind, empathetic, and apologetic)!!!! The doctor was horrible!!!

Unfriendly
I have seen many GI doctors of the past 30 years due to a chronic issue. Dr. Cummings was my doctor for about 5 years. I never felt comfortable in his presence as he had his way of doing things and seemed to not hear my concerns. On the other hand, Dr. Cummings performed the best colonoscopies, with no discomfort afterwards.
