VERY UNCARING DOCTOR
Dr.Cohen had his assistant call with my ABNORMAL blood test results while he was in the same room with her. After another blood test confirmed I needed to see a specialist in another field, he ignored my MANY calls asking him for a referral. Also the patient portal is useless. Stay away from this ‘’doctor''

Dr Cohen is the only doctor I know who cares enough to spend however much time it takes to understand the patients problems, so that the best remedies can be offered.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cohen's for 23 years. I would NEVER see any other rheumatologist but him. Dr. Cohen has treated me with compassion, understanding and the best medical care possible for me. The time you wait to see him is worth it. The same amount of time he spends with his other patients, is the same you will receive. I recommend him to EVERYONE.

I was the second appointment of the day. My appointment was at 11:00 am and the doctor did not enter the office building until after 11. I was told this is normal, and he does not really follow time schedules. People usually wait for him, sometimes up to 4 hours. The appointment itself was a mess, I actually laughed out loud because I thought I was on candid camera. A month later I was given my test results. Unacceptable! This office does NOT care about their patients.

Absolutely the worst experience. The Dr. is great and knows his field but I had 3 appts with him so far and not one had a wait of less then 2.5-3 hours. Then I get called in and im done in 25-30 min. Multiple chances with the same result. The front desk and office staff are beyond bad, they never call back, roll their eyes when you complain of the wait, and god help you if you need a prescription sent in, because it never gets to the pharmacy and they don't return calls.

Kept me waiting for 4+ hours,Kept blood work in house to profit..Couldn't be bothered to look at the blood work. .Was told I'd have to make another appointment in order for him to review results.Took .Clear intent to profit from lab work and scans..He was reimbursed in the thousands-in exchange, I received no help,Did not return calls.Cut and pasted incorrect history from an office visit from years' prior.Wrote that he had examined parts of my body he'd not.In fact, he didn't examine me.

Although the wait is long, Dr. Cohen, is the best. He has helped me many times in the past, and just came through for me once again. He knowledge and expertise is worth my time. After wasting 6 months of physical therapy and treatment that did more harm then good, we figured out what it was. Now of I am doing 100% better and have not felt this good in almost 20 years. The Best!

The worst. Cancels on patients continually. The staff has no appreciation and does not make the cancelled patients priority first. Front desk staff are nasty woman who lie about when the next day the doctor can see you. This is more a business then a place that cares for ones health.

The info below is totally incorrect. I made an appt. to see DR. Cohen and after filling all the forms I was told that the wait is at least 2 .5 hours maybe 3. I asked to reschedule to a better time and was told that it made no difference . The wait was always that long. No matter whether I was the first patient, or last etc. I asked if I could leave and have them call me one hour before and they refused. So the doctor, and staff are not accomodating and I would give them a 0. I just left
