I saw him in the emergency room. What he and I both didn't know was that I was experiencing not only a miscarriage, but an ectopic pregnancy. It was the worst pain of my life, and I was bleeding profusely, visibly. He told me to calm down and that he wouldn't treat me until I was quiet and still. I couldn't lay down without immense pain. He wanted to do a pelvic exam without any pain medication and screamed at me when I physically couldn't move my body further down on the exam table. I've never felt so traumatized and ignored in my life. He was horrible. I'll never forget his 'treatment' of me. He sent me home without a proper exam. I ended up needing emergency surgery to remove my ovary and tube because of infection in the ectopic pregnancy.
