I do not think Dr. Cahgin cares one bit about the people that come to see him all he does is come in look at you for a few seconds then walks out and give no further info how he is even a doctor is beyond me .

For 20 years Dr Chagin was my doctor. I asked him to write a letter to my employer and it took him over a month to do so. The letter he finally faxed over for me was one sentence, wholly inadequate. So I set up a second phone visit since I, at no point, got any direct communication from his office via MyChart or any other mechanism. Two months after my original request, I finally got a suitable letter from him that I had to get over to my employer. I called customer "care" twice to dispute these charges since I found the service unsatisfactory. Big surprise that their internal review found that I would have to pay them. I am leaving Dr Chagin and MetroHealth altogether. I have had too many sessions with him that were rushed and where he did not listen to me. If you want to feel heard and respected, take your business elsewhere.

Dr.Chagin is a wonderful man he listens to all your problems and examine you and gives you his opinion and advice about your problems he is wonderful listener and he never rushes you I appreciate that.

I strongly dislike doctors. Dr Chagin is the only one I go to because he gets it. He will listen to you and try to be on the same page, and address your concerns and treat your issues. Sometimes you have to wait, but its worth waiting for to have a decent doctor.

Excellent doctor, takes time to listen to your medical concerns, won't rush off wants to make sure your telling him everything, staff is very friendly and helpful, sometimes there is a wait but it's because dr chagin spends time on you and your medical problems.
