I love seeing Dr Casto because he really listens to my concerns and answers my questions. We talk about possible treatments and he takes my preferences into account. He is truly a caring physician.

I have had a couple visits in person, an couple by telehealth after getting Covid. He is just as good on telehealth as he is in person. He makes you feel like you can talk about anything an that's important! The entire office is professional and helpful. I love having him as my PCP very caring and follows through on everything ?? Yes I would recommend him. Dr Casto takes the time to talk to you and explain things clearly without talking down to you. Furthermore the newest team member, Tatiana, will compliment Dr Castos professionalism. I found this young lady to be very helpful, professional and accommodating. Kudos to the person that hired her! As for the ladies at the front desk, I can not say the same. They lack customer service skills and are unprofessional. I see very little initiative and they seem unmotivated. Sad to see because they are the first line of contact with your patients. They send a very negative message.

Excellent doctor. He listens carefully to what you have to say and assesses the diagnostic possibilities for your condition or illness from all angles to arrive at the best treatment alternative(s). Once a treatment is decided on he acts promptly to implement it. His compassion, intelligence and medical decision making are the best I have ever experienced.
