Billing Higher than CoPay
My insurance has a $50 copay for in-network specialists, which is what I'd paid on previous visits. However, on the last visit they tried to charge me more than the copay, saying that because I hadn't met my annual deductible, their policy was to charge more. Made no sense and sounded kind of sketchy, so I cancelled the appointment.

Awful staff
Staff threatened to hang up on me when I asked for patience and empathy when trying to get an appointment for my mother to go over her pathology reports. I would never recommend this practice because of the staff.

Awful Staff & PA -Avoid Practice
My father is 92 and currently in Medicare hence we were recommended by his primary care physician to see Dr. Caruso. He has been seeing Dr. Caruso for a couple of years but in the last months even after COVID-19 the office staff is awful and the office manager a completely incompetent. My father’s current appointments keep being canceled and when they call him, they call other numbers and do not have his correct address. Even though we have advised them numerous times. We are still trying to determine why my father experienced blood in his urine a month with no concern from Dr. Caruso or his PA. An MRI scan was done and thank goodness I can read, and it shows no detriment to other organs, but we are still not sure about his bladder or prostate. When you call his Physician Assistant it states not to leave more than one message, that she is completely swamped and she will return your call in 24 hours. I recommend to all calling Medicare, PPO, & HMO and complaining to drop him as a doctor

I was fired as a patient!
My family was going through extreme financial duress and breakdown and we were lucky to cover basic food and expenses. We were lucky to keep the lights on, the car running, and some food in the fridge. I was not able to proceed through with his protocol due to the loss of medical insurance and some absolutely devastating financial times so more than one appointments were cancelled. He sent me a CERTIFIED LETTER saying my 'non adherence to his policies' meant he cannot take care of me and called me 'non adherent' to his policies meanwhile giving me no breaks on his his fees, no out of pocket pay plans, and had no way to at least be counseled which I asked for. His fees are extremely expensive just to at least have a meeting with the Dr., which I asked to do but twenty minutes to speak to him in the office was out of pocket over 200 dollars! I only had questions and then needed a real way to pay! Beware! I've never had this exp. from any Dr.! Find another office who really cares!

Have recommended Dr. Caruso to others and will con
continue to do so. Not only is Dr. Caruso and excellent doctor he takes his time and listens. Members of his staff like Tia who has gone out of her way to help me several times when I was going through very hard times and Laura and Amber are exceptional at what they do. In closing, if not for the doctor’s thorough exam, as well as his nurse practitioner, last year a cancerous tumor may never have been discovered to give me a chance to be cancer free today so thank you doctor and staff.

The best Uro
I have been a patient of dr. Caruso's for going on 8 years. I have consulted with 11 other urologists in S. FL, but continue to travel 40 miles to see dr. Caruso. With recurring bladder cancer, I have found him the most understanding, consoling and conversant dr. available for treatment of this ailmant. Other patients have this same evaluation as you will find by the schedule that he maintains.

Bad experience
If you like waiting for hours and rude administration people you found it. I walked out after waiting 1:45 minutes. The water jug was empty asked to have it replaced took 2 times and about 15 minutes. They want you to pee right? Then you would think they would see there was only one cup left. They didn’t replace the cups. Never saw the doctor, I will not go back again. There are better places out there.

Commensurate Professional!
Dr. Caruso provided me with an exceptional level of care during a medical crisis. He made me feel extremely comfortable during a very uncomfortable situation. I've never met a physician with a kinder, more patient and compassionate bedside manner. His treatment plan was effective and I experienced a full recovery. Dr. Caruso is a true medical professional and I'm so grateful to have been placed in his care.

Extraordinary Care
Is what I have always received from Dr. Caruso. His expertise in the field of urology I find unsurpassed. He takes time to answer questions and is unwaveringly patient. His knowledge and skill in administering conservative treatment is reassuring. His office staff is efficient and excellent at their tasks. Cannot recommend this practice highly enough! I don't usually leave reviews, but it is warranted in this case ......

Poorly run practice
I waited two hours for a procedure in a packed waiting room left and rescheduled. I waited two hours again for the same procedure, never had it and left. No patient deserves to be treated this way and this urologist is not worth it.

Following a high PSA reading during a routine physical I went to meet Dr. Caruso. After several tests & finally a biopsy I was diagnosed with prostate cancer (Gleason scale 8). Dr. Caruso immediately met with me to explain my situation and discuss next steps and treatment options. Throughout the ensuing process I feel most confident that I have always received the best medical care I could have found in the Jupiter area. Following 10 weeks of radiation treatment I continue to see Dr. Caruso on a regular follow up basis. I have found Dr. Caruso to be highly qualified, instructive, attentive, compassionate, and reassuring. If you occasionally have to wait to see him at his office, rest assured that the professional care you will receive will be worth it.

I was scheduled for a biopsy and left three messages for Dr. Caruso's medical assistant and sent four emails; no one bothered to respond! that was over five days in advance of the procedure AFTER the first time I went in and waited for five hours before then being told that "the machine broke down and we can't do it today; you have to reschedule". No one from Caruso's office bothered to call me after that waste of a day, nor to reschedule until I called them. Then, ten days out I had a question and that's when the multiple messages were not acknowledged or responded to! When I then called to cancel over the growing frustration, the receptionist was SO frustrating to talk to I finally lost my temper. I'm guessing that they are simply too busy to bother with any individual, or simply don't have any concern that someone has reasonable questions that need to be addressed with at least some urgency or acknowledgement. Totally frustrating and the receptionist simply wouldn't listen.

PROS: I enjoyed Dr Caruso’s office visits on advising on my prostrate cancer. He was Attentitave and recommended test that seemed to prove that my condition needed continued monitoring instead of surgery. CONS: on my last PSA test, I phoned his office After a 1-1/2 week to request him to call me to discuss the results. His inept staff promised he would call and that they would email me the test results after each call. They didn’t and he didn’t. The third call resulted in setting up a video call for a certain time and day to call with requesting me to log in 10 minutes early. I did at the appointed time on my cell phone. 10 minutes + another 35 minutes waiting finally resulted in me speaking to his staff again saying for me to set another time to try. I complained that why wasn’t I told that earlier, with lame excuses from his staff. RESULTS: I requested for the staff to send all of my medical records and I would find another doctor. You guessed it......., haven’t head
