Overall Fine Physician
Dr. Boykin is attentive, patient and knowledgeable. The support staff, nurses and PAs are understanding and supportive, clearly a reflection of Dr. Boykin's leadership.

Lacking communication and empathy
Previous doctor nurse said my labs showed I was fighting an infection. I sought this provider for a follow up as he is much closer to my home. After waiting in the exam room for an half hour I met Dr. Boykin and asked if possible to have bloodwork to determine if I was still fighting an infection as I had not been feeling well. The lab results came back stating many abnormal results, I never received notice of results, so I reached out to provider to review findings. Guess I am old school, you use to received a call or email from staff on results, aka normal or abnormal.Dr. Boykin seemed very irritated that I wanted to review labs and that he has hundreds of labs to review and can not reply to everyone and said I was fixated on my health.Maybe CMC is putting to much pressure on him so that he is unable to provide quality of care.

Has no concept of clients time
Every single time I come i have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen for 10 minutes. Shows absolutely no concern just collect a payment. Hate they switched to him
