Unprofessional & No Follow Up
My son has been sick with chronic sinusitis for 3.5 months. Made an appt with Dr Boxwell, the soonest we could be seen was 45 days out. We are STILL waiting on the lab results from the culture that was taken on Sept. 28. Employees have been very rude to my son as he has called to get results and a prescription (which is what Dr Boxwell instructed him to do.) I would not recommend this practice.

Have been to Dr Boxwell twice, first time for a non stop nose bleed and today for an earache which he cured with his magical touch. Not only is he extremely competent, he has a wonderful personality.

Waited over a month for my appointment. The office Did not allow me to pay directly after my visit and sent me a bill a month later . Had I known the EXCESSIVE cost of the limited services rendered I would have canceled my appointment! I DO NOT recommend "Dr." Boxwell he charges to much for his "services" go somewhere else!

Appointments timely, office clean, personnel helpful & friendly. He takes the time to clearly explain the details, in plain english, including making drawings to assist. Did deviated septum surgery - no issues, was clear with expectations and follow up instructions.

Dr. Boxwell, is a very good doctor. He did my thyroid surgery and I would not go to nobody else if I have a problem with my ears or anything. He is very concerned about the well being of his patients and he's got a way about him that makes you comfortable and he is straight forward about your health care he is a very sweet and caring doctor who has a wonderful bed side manner. I would not go or recommend nobody else. He is just a sweet and good hearted person. You can't find nobody better.
