I saw this doctor's practice for over 20 years because it was the premiere practice at the time and then about 10 years ago he went 'concierge' keeping the old practice going with a fantastic nurse which was great the first few years. I am a fortunate senior with no major medical issues and super easy and stayed on with his original non-concierge practice but this practice got fined tuned in making everything super horrific administratively for this patient's experience. About 2 years ago everything went south with this practice and managing my care with 100% administrative blocks and lack of prescribed service and sometimes not picking up the phone or returning calls on simple things like a follow up appointment. I physically had to go into the office to make an appointment in person. When I raised my concerns they respond with elite cavalier gaslighting tactics to marginalize and censor. Always had courteous interaction with staff. Dr Boss was thorough and kind when was diagnosed with cancer. Would recommend without reservation.

I can't recommend Dr Boss. I have been trying to get an appointment for the last five months. I'm told to fax over a information sheet back in January of 2019 here it is May 30 and still have not received an appointment. I have called several times with very little luck of getting through.

I am a long time patient of Dr Boss. He has lost his bedside manner and has become an inquisitor who pushes the products and tests of other medical industry players. He can be dismissive of patient complaints and does not like his advice questioned.

This guys office is very poorly run. The phone system is not entirely set up and other dispositive sloppy things. Will refer our patients elsewhere

the majority of my interactions with office have been underwhelming. I just got hung up on by the practice's receptionist after experiencing difficulty getting a call back about a prescription refill that was submitted a week ago. Previously I've had to make several calls to get a call back about the blood results from my physical. Dr Boss seemed nice enough in the 10 mins i saw him during my physical, but the administration of his practice has me looking for a new primary care physician!

Dr. Boss is very thorough and knowledgeable. He is easy to speak with and listens to your needs. We like that he doesn’t over-react and he does not rush you out of the office. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend.

Dr. Boss and Dr. Wall are excellent physicians, very caring individuals. They run an excellent office that is very efficient.. My entire family, including my mother and father are patients here and we recommend them to everyone

Dr. Boss is a fine doctor with a caring and intelligent demeanor. His office staff is the best my husband and I have ever encountered. Referrals, prescriptions, medical records.... the staff are efficient and pleasant as well. One feels safe in the hands of Dr. Boss and his support staff.

Very poorly run office. Called to schedule a new patient appointment and told I needed to fax a brief medical history for the doctor to review before they could schedule an appointment. After sending the requested information, I waited two weeks (allowing for hurricane Irma) and heard nothing. Calling the office yielded the response "they'd look into it and call me back". Subsequent calls were never answered nor did anyone respond to the voicemail which I left.

IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment. Dropped off proof of insurance as they require before making an appointment & was told practice manager would call me. After waiting 2 weeks with no call (on Tuesday) I returned to the office and was told Dawn the mgr would call me by Friday. Again no call. Emailed Dawn the following week and she responded she was so sorry and would contact me the next day. That was a week ago and again NOTHING. This is not someone to trust with your health care.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Boss and are very pleased with his care. He takes his time when discussing medical issues and listens to any concerns you might have. He also has been quite helpful in advising us on medical specialists when needed! His office staff is excellent and always calls in prescriptions and assists us with paperwork when needed.

Dr Boss is a caring physician. He gives patients time and makes sure that all questions and issues are addressed and taken care of.

Everyone in the office is amazing! Dr. Boss is so kind and caring, and Michelle Shockley is outstanding. The staff is welcoming and kind. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The staff has always been very rude. Been a patient here for a couple of years. We have new insurance, they asked if it's off the exchange, it is, and they immediately said no we don't take that! I asked why and they didn't know. Seems they are more interested in taking care of people with money and/or really good insurance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
