Dr. Alexander did a fantastic job repairing my broken hip with 3 pins and an incision that was only 2" long. His team is so friendly and helpful, they were all great to work with.

I originally saw Dr. Alexander several years ago for my knee after seeing several other doctors who immediately wanted to cut me open and replace it! Dr. A took one look at it and said no way! I received cortisone shot and therapy and 6 years later my knee is still great! I returned to see him in 2020 as I was experiencing severe hip and groin pain. Initially I was frustrated as all the options given for relief were not working and he wanted to keep trying everything before having to do surgery. Im 53 and a hip replacement was to be the final option. After months of therapy, injections, etc., we agreed on the hip replacement and the pain was gone INSTANTLY!!! He told me what was to be done, he made sure I was completely on board for this surgery and it was a seamless procedure. The staff at Newark was fabulous as I recovered and my follow up sessions were quick and clear! I would definitely recommend Dr. Alexander for anyone in need of bone and joint relief! The best!

I tell everyone that Dr. Alexander gave me my life back. For years I have had trouble with both of my knees. I got to the point that I was falling frequently and used a scooter in stores and on vacations. He replaced both of my knees and I have not fallen and no longer have the need for a scooter or even a cane. I am not debilitated with pain in my knees any longer. He and his staff are efficient and caring. I highly recommend him and indeed, I do greatly enjoy having my life back and enjoying it out and about with my family and friends.

Dr. Alexander was my second opion. The first Dr. Wanted me to wait 20years because I was 48 and to young. Dr. Alexander listened to me and observed my pain as I tried to walk. I suffered 10 months of wrong diagnosis and he found problem and was willing to help me get my life back. Had left hip done asap and was put on top of list for cancellations to get it sooner. Almost 2 months after surgery and I am very Thankful for him. Highly recommend Dr. Alexander. Thank you for giving me my life back.

I needed a total knee replacement, and Dr. Alexander worked wonders! While both of my knees needed work, I went with the one that was most painful, and I have no qualms whatsoever having him replace my other knee next summer. He and his staff was very professional, yet kind. I highly recommend Dr. Alexander!

Would strongly recommend Dr. Alexander to friends and family. Meniscus surgery. Was able to walk the same day, immediately following surgery. Prior I could not move my leg. To this day I can’t even remember which knee was operated on, the recovery went that well. Great bedside manner. Always takes time to answer my questions. Never a wait at all when coming in for follow up visits. Staff is polite, prompt and professional. Doctor Alexander is always available to answer questions and address concerns. Never a hassle to schedule appointments and I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes to see someone. Plus, the medical practice always looks for alternatives to surgeries to heal, using it as a last resort. I felt great about that. Most physicians rush into surgery no matter the issue. Dr. Alexander went through numerous options for recovery and healing before deciding on surgery. I’d recommend him and his practice to anyone with orthopedic needs.

Was sent to Dr Alexander with a broken arm for surgery. 2 weeks after surgery went back to remove cast and staples. Was told to start therapy a week later. Dr spent about 2 minutes with me. At next appt was waiting to speak with him because my arm was not healing well. No Dr only assistant. So I scheduled another appt to speak with him. when I told him what was wrong his first words were' That just may be how it is' and next words were' go get a second opinion' Didn't even take time to talk to me or examine my arm. I left in tears. From injury to final appt he spent no more than 5 minutes with me. He doesn't seem to want to care for you post surgery.. I left and found a new Dr who pointed out reasons I may still be in pain. I am now in his care. Would NOT recommend Dr Alexander at all. Wants to do surgery and then have you go away.
