I’ve never had an appointment where I felt like I was on trial instead of at a doctor’s appointment. It’s demoralizing when you show up thinking someone is going to help you and their attitude from the second they walk in is that you are a liar. Trying to disprove and discredit everything I said. Sighing and eye rolling, the disdain and contempt for me was dripping and he didn’t even try to hide it. This is my second bad experience with St Luke’s Neuro. 2/2 appointments cancelled and moved with less than 24 hours notice. 2/2 appointments where records/testing were not there for the MD to review. Either this office is so poorly run that they can’t provide the services they offer OR they just truly do not care. Terrible MDs. Both male physicians I saw acted this exact way. The rest of the staff is very kind and helpful.
