I would never recommend this doctor.
This doctor not only worked on me once, but twice and I'm worse off and continually in pain. I'm afraid of trying another doctor and have been dealing with the pain.

*Important Review*
One of the worst decisions of my life was having a surgery performed by Dr. Ohl. He showed little to no empathy during our interactions. Before going into surgery, I was extremely nervous. I told him what my 2 main concerns were, but he did not listen or try to calm my nerves. Even more concerning is the fact that I didn't know what he was going to do going into surgery. He told me he'd "just figure it out then." Can you believe that?? I still question how I was able to put my trust in him going into the operating room. Not knowing where he was going to cut or what risks were involved was the scariest thing that has ever happened to me. MY BIGGEST ADVICE: find a doctor who will listen to you and make you feel like your biggest concerns are theirs too. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter if you are with the smartest doctor in the room. If they don't listen to what YOUR priorities are or treat you with the respect you deserve, then your health is at risk.

Very informative and asked a lot of questions. He also answered all my questions. He did not rush the visit and took ample time with me. I have follow up to do with him and expect the same outcome of professionalism as already experienced.

Drove over an hour for the doctor to tell me all the testing and exams found nothing which I already knew that's why I came to see him to see if there are other testing and options but he pretty much didn't know what I had and said its chronic but chronic of what I have yet to be diagnosis with anything. Got him to issue more testing but I will not return to this doctor. Seems he is all about the paycheck Not compassionate what's- so- ever. He needs to follow up with the latest urology issues.

Doctor did not listen, wouldn't let me explain concerns without interrupting, was dismissive and arrogant. Had patronizing tone and facial expressions throughout. Would not look into my issue beyond a cursory examination and didn't display any of the intellectual curiosity or interest one might expect out of a university doctor. He seemed to know how to diagnose the most common textbook problems, but not able or willing to apply his knowledge to solve less obvious ones.

Pompous self possessed doctor not keeping up with most recent studies in his field. More interested in follow up visits and billable procedures than patient care. Minimized and ridiculed my concerns and did not listen. I have treated for this condition for 6 years with published leaders in care was trying to get closer care. This is NOT IT.

I initially thought my visit with Dr. Dana Ohl went well, and he was supposed to have someone from the office schedule a date for surgery for me. Days had turned into weeks of not hearing back from the office to schedule a date for surgery. I have called the office numerous times with no luck on them scheduling a date for surgery. I haven't even received a call to see how my experience was at the clinic like a lot of other places do.
