Is it a fit: If you speak Vietnamese fluently, this clinic might be a good fit. If you're like me and speak first grade level, this is not the right place. Staff: Doctor Dinh is professional and easy to communicate with however I don't get her every time. Sometimes its a med student and other times its the nurses. The nurse practitioner is very sweet however we have a communication barrier which makes me worried if I can communicate my health concerns clearly. The front desk girls are rude but that seems to be common for most doctor offices I've been to. Experience: My biggest concerns are when they tell me my insurance will cover certain tests or birth control but then I get bills mailed to me that are $400+. Its extremely stressful and frustrating whenever this happens. Luckily, the birth control bill was a mistake due to the clinic using an incorrect code and the diagnostics eventually went away after 2 months although I'm not clearly sure how. Overall, they gave me trust issues.

I have to wait 1 month to get my blood test result from annual check up, and 1 week for normal lab work. Called the office and told that doctor too busy to read.

Receptionists are rude and avoid the concerning questions asked. Casually charged me for a blood test, knowing that I already did one in the year at another place, and I found out with a bill that the second blood test in the same year was not covered by my insurance. They did not inform me of this cost, but went ahead with it. Calling them is useless as they only pretend to help over the phone. The way they conduct their healthcare business seems like they are only in it for the money.

I had a bad experience with one of the receptionist at this clinic; moreover,  she exposed information about a pap smear test I had a year ago to a family member without notifying me first. I didn't want my information exposed to anyone, including family or relatives, and I was shocked that one of the receptionists told my family member about it. When I spoke with her and told her how unprofessional she was, she didn’t sound sincere or apologetic, and she disregarded my concerns.

Ordered patience to do extra exams that are not covered by insurance. Sent patience to lab that was out-of-net work from insurance. For all these services and lab tests, I kept asking multiple times if my insurance company would cover for, her office always said yes. If they even said for just once time that they weren't sure, I would check with my insurance then I would not end up being responsible for almost $1,000 for services that not needed at my age. I would not recommend this doctor.
