Dr. Berg is a fantastic doctor, very professional and spent time with her patients. Sadly, her staff is often not doing their job.

Dr. Dana Berg is one in a million! At this time when doctors are restricted to a very short visit with patients, Dr. Berg takes the time to listen to my concerns and gives me excellent suggestions. It is evident that she cares about her patients and treats them with kindness and respect. She has called me to discuss test results and offers recommendations to find solutions. She answers all of my questions. I feel confident that she will do everything possible to help me .

Dr. Berg is incredibly knowledgeable. She picks up on details others may overlook and is always prompt in following up on test results. She has a unique ability to instill calm during challenging times. She takes the time to explain everything, ensuring I'm never left in the dark. Dr. Berg did not pay attention to detail with my visit. She set up a follow up appointment with a test that displayed that she is not keen to pay attention to detail and left everybody very uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

Dr. Berg was a lifesaver, when all others were out of options she came up with a plan that got me back into remission in 2-3 months,

Dr. Berg herself was great its her office that has issues. It took me months before I could get in touch with anyone to schedule a routine colonoscopy. And forget it if they make a mistake! They billed my procedure incorrectly. I have called them at least 7 times in 2 weeks and am still waiting for the SUPERVISOR to get back to me. SHe doesnt even think its necessary to call back just to let me know she is waiting for billing to speak with her! What lack of customer service! Meanwhile, payment is being requested by the hospital!!
