Worst Dr I have Ever Encountered
Dr Savage is incapable of treating patients with respect or care. I came in due to a possible cardiac event, which he completely dismissed and said the person who referred me to the hospital should lose their license. His team gave me a medication that caused me to experience anaphylaxis. I was only checked on once after that happened, then almost two hours later Dr Savage sauntered in after he was informed that I was concerned that I had not been treated for what I came to the hospital for. He treated me with the most disrespect I have ever experienced from a Dr, and when I told him he was being condescending and I didn’t appreciate it, he stormed out and screamed “YEAH, IM BEING CONDESCENDING NOW.” It is wildly inappropriate for a physician to respond to a patients request to be heard and understood by doing what he did. Also, turns out I actually probably DID have a heart attack! But no one read my ECGs until 3h after I was discharged. This man should not be allowed to practice.
