What is going on?
I saw Dr Lender once. He seemed nice enough. We adjusted my meds with follow up labs to be done in 1 month. More than a month after I went in for follow up labs nothing. I have called and left messages. Am I on the correct dose? Do I need to adjust meds? Do I need to repeat labs? Who knows. No one will call me back. He could be the greatest doc but if the staff won’t call you back the office is worthless to me.

Dr. Lender is very competent and I like his approach. The staff, however, is lazy and probably incompetent. They do not return calls nor return Emails. Getting prescription refills is always a chore and sometimes can only be done by going to the office and waiting. The staff should be replaced.

Wonderful doc. Staff is incompetent. They are not there after lunch when they’re supposed to be. My requests for records go ignored. He’s so good I try to ignore the staff.

I have tried for a few months to set a follow up appointment. The office staff NEVER returns phone calls. When they do answer they immediately put you on hold and don't come back. I even went in person to set an appointment and the office staff said they were busy and had me wait. While I waited I could overhear two staff on personal calls. Tried to get refills on my prescription at the pharmacy and doctor won't refill until an appointment is set. ??????? Yet they won't return my calls.

Dr. Lender is intelligent and kind. I went in for an swollen thyroid gland, and he was attentive. After doing a sonogram on my thyroid, he concluded that I needed a biopsy. I chose to go ahead and do it that day, and Dr. Lender talked me through the entire procedure saying things like "This will be cold...I'm just marking the spot now...This will feel like a bee sting." I cannot tell you how reassuring he was throughout the entire visit. I wish all specialists were like him.

Dr. Lender is so very kind and humble. I was referred to him in January and he has helped me understand that I have PCOS. He has helped me get my life back! I'm so glad that I am under his care, I completely trust him. He has gone above and beyond to help, and really cares about his patients. I have never had a doctor that was so encouraging and caring. He's awesome.

i saw him and my visit was ridiculous! He asked me 5 questions said no, that's not it, walked me to the front and told his staff no follow up. I've never had this bad of an experience with a Dr. Just giving heads up for anyone thinking about seeing him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lender for over 5 years and I see him at his Dallas office. I find his staff to be warm and friendly. They try to facilitate my concerns and schedule my visits as needed. The wait time is minimal however the office visits with Dr. Lender are most detailed.
